Giant Leap 

A five year old boy was born with congenital anomaly, having both feet turned backwards, has started walking first time in his life after receiving artificial legs provided by HOPE Rehabilitation Society.

When Haider Ali of Gujranwala was born with the deformity, his parents were told that the boy could not walk even if he could get artificial limbs which were not possible on his deformed legs.

Dr. Noman Shakeel of HRS did minor operation in nearby hospital which enable his limbs suitable for artificial legs. The little boy has provided with artificial legs in HOPE Center and has stated walking on the very first day of fitting.

HOPE Society President  Dr. Khalid Niaz Niazi said that HOPE has provided artificial limb to little boy free of cost under its ‘Limbs for All’ project.  After getting artificial legs Haider Ali would be able to spend normal life and his parents has decided to send him school, Dr.Niazi added.
